Most nerve formulas focus on one thing: the nerve itself. They add B vitamins or alpha-lipoic acid, often at doses well below what studies used. Nervaplex is built differently:
Every ingredient in Nervaplex has been used at these doses in human studies, some for up to four years. All ingredients are tested for purity, potency and heavy metals in a cGMP-certified facility.
Some people notice mild stomach upset or a slight sulfur smell in their urine. Both are harmless and come from the ALA.
Talk to your doctor before use if you:
Nervaplex is not a replacement for medical care. Have your feet checked regularly by your doctor, and see a doctor right away if numbness comes on suddenly or affects one side of the body.

Most nerve supplements focus on one thing: the nerve itself. They add B vitamins or alpha-lipoic acid, often at doses well below what studies used. Nervaplex is built differently:
ALA protects, benfotiamine rebalances, B12 rebuilds, and PEA calms the immune cells around the nerve that keep turning the signal up. Most formulas skip that last part entirely.
600 mg ALA, 600 mg benfotiamine and 600 mg PEA — the exact amounts used in published human studies.
Regular vitamin B1 dissolves in water and is poorly absorbed. Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble form that reaches significantly higher levels in the body.
Many nerve formulas contain 25–100 mg of B6. In excess, B6 can itself cause tingling and numbness. We left it out on purpose.

I've tried so many things over the past two years — nothing really helped. After six weeks on Nervaplex I noticed I was sleeping through the night again. That alone changed everything for me.
The tingling in my feet had been constant for over a year. I was skeptical but decided to give it a proper try. By week four it had noticeably calmed down. I finally feel like myself again.
My doctor told me to manage expectations. But this actually worked. I'm back to my morning walks and I'm not dreading bedtime anymore. Genuinely grateful.

Nerve tissue is one of the slowest things in the body to respond. Most customers notice a meaningful change between weeks 3 and 6, but the full picture often becomes clear closer to 90 days.
The key is making it a daily habit, the same way you’d approach physical therapy or a new exercise routine. The days you don’t feel a difference yet are still working days — the ingredients are building up, and consistency is what separates people who see results from people who give up too early.
Most nerve formulas add a handful of B vitamins at low doses and call it a day. Nervaplex targets four separate pathways at once: protecting nerves from oxidative stress (ALA), correcting the metabolic imbalance linked to nerve damage (benfotiamine), supporting myelin repair (B12), and calming the immune signaling that keeps the nerve in a constant alarm state (PEA). Most formulas skip that last step entirely. We also use clinical doses — the amounts actually studied in human trials.
PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) is a naturally occurring compound your body produces to regulate pain and inflammation at the cellular level. Around damaged nerves, specialized immune cells called microglia can stay activated long after an injury — essentially keeping the “alarm” signal turned on. PEA helps calm this response. It’s been studied in multiple human trials for nerve-related discomfort and is well-tolerated with no known dependency or habituation.
Regular vitamin B1 (thiamine) is water-soluble, which means most of what you take is excreted before it can reach nerve tissue. Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble form of B1 that crosses cell membranes far more effectively and reaches significantly higher concentrations in the body. It’s been specifically studied for nerve health in people with diabetic neuropathy, which is one of the most common causes of peripheral nerve discomfort.
This was a deliberate decision. Many nerve supplements include 25–100 mg of B6 (pyridoxine). While B6 plays a role in nerve function, chronically high doses can actually cause or worsen tingling and numbness — the very symptoms people are trying to relieve. We left it out entirely rather than risk making things worse.
Nervaplex contains no prescription ingredients and is generally well-tolerated. That said, if you are on blood thinners, diabetes medication, or other daily prescriptions, we recommend checking with your doctor before starting — not because we expect a problem, but because your doctor knows your full picture.
Many of our customers have type 2 diabetes, which is one of the most common underlying causes of peripheral neuropathy. The ingredients in Nervaplex — particularly benfotiamine and ALA — have been specifically studied in people with diabetic neuropathy. If you are on diabetes medication, please consult your doctor before starting.
Take the recommended daily dose with a meal. Taking it with food improves absorption, especially for the fat-soluble ingredients like benfotiamine. Consistency matters more than timing.
